I lost my wedding ring, and looked for a replacement on the site. To my horror, my ring was not listed, but a quick email to enquire, and Kieran got back to me almost immediately.
The next day, he e mailed me a link to the ring, I placed my order, and 48 hours later my new ring arrived. ( a size smaller, for a more secure fit this time! ).
